I would be remiss not to first mention my amazing blog friend Sherry. She made buttons for my blog!!! I won't even mention that I'm stupid and can't figure out how to add them because that's beside the point. I still love her. Hopefully she can show me how to add them...soon!!!!!
Josh and I just got back from Savannah and we had a great weekend. My Savannah family hadn't met Oliver yet so that was nice to get to introduce him. I had to laugh, my cousin's 10 year old daughter is only half the height of Oliver. Sadly, I captured no photos of that because....well, I felt like poo yesterday.
Here are a few photos from our excursion. Our Tybee trip was cut short because Josh is a jerk and freaked out that Oliver ate sand. Yes, my 8 month old ATE SAND. I'll get child protective services on the phone tomorrow, first thing.
We had a very short trip but it was nice to get away. I hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend. Hopefully we'll be able to get some more sleep now that Oliver is back in his own bed. Phew, this is one tired mama.
Oh my goodness! Oliver is the cutest little man!!
ReplyDeleteI love his chunky legs! I could just squeeze him!!
ReplyDeleteMissy, a baby has not truly lived if he has not eaten a little sand. I can't wait for Brody to eat some in a few weeks when we hit the beach! ;-) Now, look it is very easy to add the buttons to your sidebar. I have already added the buttons to my photo sharing site so you don't even have to re-save or download them if you don't want to. You can just copy the HTML code and paste it into your layout. For some of them, you'll just add a new HTML/Javascript gadget and position it right above your various sections (About Me, Blogs I Love, Followers, etc.). Then, I would "delete" the titles on those sections so they don't appear twice. Your new buttons will be the titles now. For the gadgets that are already HTML/Javascript gadgets (like the pictures of you, Josh, and Oliver), you can just add the HTML code for those buttons right into those gadgets above the pictures and delete the current "titles." Hope that helps, but if you need additional help, you can e-mail me!
ReplyDeleteOh and the pictures are precious! I love the crab outfit...I think I have an obsession with crab clothes for my kids like you love sharks! We might have to do a clothing swap one of these days because Brody has some cute shark stuff! ;-)
DeleteLove your pics! Oliver is the cutest!! Glad you guys were able to get a break no matter how long! I'm sure the sand will not cause long term damage :)
ReplyDeleteLove those picks and I soo want to go to Savannah! I've never been and it looks so great!! :) Glad you had a good trip!
ReplyDeletePS - I nominated you for an under-200 blogging award on my blog! Come by and receive it in all of your gloriousness!
I am totally in love with your awesome pictures from Savannah. I am so glad you added them to your side bar. I can see Dos starting to peak out! You are beautiful pregnant! Re: eating sand. Just think of it as a little extra fiber. It'll exfoliate Oliver from the inside. Every kid, ever, has eaten sand. No biggie.
